Help start-up teams succeed

Junior Start-up Coach

Following the ‘learning by doing’ principle, as a junior coach you will be entrusted with very early-stage start-up teams, whom you will guide through their first steps towards setting up their business. You will hold weekly updates with your team and ensure that they do not lose sight of their goals. Other tasks include start-up scouting at the HdM and one-off support for a Design Thinking workshop for first-year students. You will acquire the necessary coaching know-how in a two-day crash course before the start of the semester. The aim is to learn with and, above all, from one another.

Ein Student steht an einem Tisch und arbeitet. Ein Student steht an einem Tisch und arbeitet. Ein Student steht an einem Tisch und arbeitet.
